We're REALTORS® who specialize in property investment in the Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix area. There are good property investments available throughout the state and we can help you find them.
We created this site to give you an insight into some of the investment opportunities available in the Grand Canyon State. We want to help you become an Arizona property investor. These investments are all in AZ with the majority at least for now are in the greater Phoenix Scottsdale areas.
Ed began his real estate career in 1979 when interest rates on 30-year loans were hovering around 17.5%. Smart investors still came to the Valley of the Sun because they recognized the long term potential for growth. Ed was instrumental in helping these investors find the right property, find the right tenant and find the right vendors to service the investment. His clients place a great deal of trust in his decisions since few live in Arizona. Ed's base philosophy is "when my clients prosper, I prosper." Ed is most proud of the fact that a core group of owners have been with him since he opened for business 25 years ago.
Ed is a graduate of Purdue University and a former teacher and coach. Ed is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Fine Properties.
Loanne's initial real estate experience was in development and property management. Her jobs included helping new projects get off the ground and trouble shooting existing properties that were performing poorly. She became Ed's business partner in 1982.
Loanne is a graduate of Ball State University and is a past president of the Scottsdale Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade organization in Scottsdale. Loanne is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Fine Properties.
